David is a Partner and Head of our Personal Injury Team. He has over 25 years of experience in litigation and specialises in delict, libel law, clinical negligence and health & safety legislation.
He is an experienced solicitor Advocate and deals with high value and complex cases in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session in Scotland.
David has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution. He is a frequent speaker in all aspects of Personal Injury law.
