Alasdair is a Senior Paralegal based at our Dundee office.
He has over 25 years' experience of dealing with a very wide range of compensation claims including; medical negligence, road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping, work related accidents, occupier’s liability, public liability, criminal injuries compensation applications, product liability, foreign accident claims, holiday claims, property damage claims, landlords/defective housing claims, flooding claims and aviation claims.
He has dealt with a number of claims involving very serious injury and high value claims. He deals with all aspects of the claim from investigations through negotiation to settlement.
Alasdair is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
