Mhairi is a Case Co-Ordinator at Calio Claims based in Glasgow. She works alongside the other members of the PI Team in undertaking all key administrative tasks required for new claims handling including all data input in setting up each case onto the team's bespoke Case Management system, scanning and saving all incoming mail and ensuring all the key identity documents are obtained as quickly as possible from each client to enable the case to be allocated to the solicitor within hours of its acceptance.
