Our client was a passenger in a car that was involved in a head on collision. The Third-Party driver failed to give way at a junction, pulling out into the path of our client’s cars causing a collision.

Settlement
Our client was diagnosed as suffering from whiplash associated neck pain and headaches, along with an injury to their wrist. Our client’s injuries resolved within 6 months of physiotherapy treatment commencing.
